Silicone-free anti-adhesive spray for metal welding. It is used as an anti-adhesive on the parts to be welded and as a protector for the torch nozzle. Thanks to its silicone-free formula, it can be used for lacquering, metallizing and chrome plating. Facilitates and speeds up welding by preventing adhesion of welding sparks.
Metal fabrication: all applications involving oxy-fuel welding.
Prevents droplets, slag, and sparks from adhering to the torch and the workpiece.
Base: a mixture of silicone-free synthetic oils with high release properties
Propellant: odorless, flammable hydrocarbons
Appearance: clear liquid
Biodegradability of the base: greater than 85%
Temperature resistance of the base: up to 250°C
Film thickness: 2–3 microns
