Arko FLUX 105
Compact cored wire welding equipment
Ref.
The ARKO FLUX equipment allows welding with using the FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) process, which is a continuous tubular wire welding process. This process is used with the protection of flux contained within the tubular wire, eliminating the need for shielding gas. It is a faster process and easier to operate than electrode welding. Suitable for welding carbon steels, which is the most widely used metal in modern industry.
Advantages:
- Much easier application compared to conventional electrode welding. No constant need to change filler material.
- Portable equipment, weighing 5.4 kg with the spool and gun included.
- Very simple and intuitive regulation.
- No need for gas.
- Single-phase machine with connection to a domestic outlet.
- 1 kg wire spool.
- Welds thicknesses up to 4 mm.
