Gala Gar safety valves serve two purposes:
To extinguish the flame and shut off the gas flow after a backflow occurs.

The use of safety valves at the regulator outlet is required by law under ITC-MIE-5
The use of safety valves at the torch inlet is recommended by Gala Gar.

Inlet coupling sizes:

Oxygen: Ø 6–8 mm.
Fuel: Ø 6–9 mm.
Oxygen/Fuel: Ø 8–10 mm.
