Quality Policy

Gala Gar is a company dedicated to the design, manufacture, marketing and technical assistance of electric welding machines, electronics, plasma cutting, welding and gas cutting equipment and related processes, electromechanical and industrial machines and welding accessories. Design and commissioning of automation and robotic installations.

The main points on which the Quality System is based are the following:

  • Satisfying customers in all activities, whether external or internal customers, placing products on the market that meet customer expectations as well as legal and regulatory requirements and supporting them technically to define their needs and to obtain greater efficiency in the use of the equipment.
  • Prevent errors in order to obtain a high level of quality. Process management must be the key tool for this and will be based on concrete measurements and objectives.
  • Eliminate work and actions that do not improve the service and satisfaction of our customers, i.e. that which does not add value to our relationship with the customer.
  • Continuous improvement is a commitment of everyone and especially of the people with greater responsibility within the company. The improvement must be based on a team of people trained and prepared to produce a quality product, as well as on the suppliers and collaborators who must be involved in it.
  • Demonstrate documentary evidence of compliance with the requirements defined in the Quality Management System described in the Quality Manual.

The General Manager of Gala Gar, as well as the Directors of each of the organizational units, assume the commitment that this Quality Policy approved by the General Management will be put into practice through the implementation of the tools specified in the Quality Management System described in the Quality Manual.
